Return Policy

Compu Devices, Inc. is always looking for ways to enhance the online buying experience for its customers. Certain things, though, are beyond our control, and things can go wrong at any time. In order to handle these kinds of situations, the business has return policies in place. Customers can return products by filling out a Return Merchandise Authorization request and agreeing to the conditions listed below.

Please be advised that you can only file an RMA within the first two days of receiving the product.

Cancellation Policy

Before the items are dispatched, the customer can email us with the order reference number or PO number and cancel the order without incurring any charges if they change their mind. A 30% restocking fee is applied to orders that are canceled after they have been sent.

If the order has already been delivered and received by the customer, we recommend that they do not open it if they have already changed their minds and arrange for the cargo to be returned within the next 30 working days. Please make sure the item is properly packaged (original packaging is preferred), otherwise a 30% restocking fee may be charged.

The returned item, as well as its accessories, packing, and other items that came with it, should be in new, resalable condition (if any). The customer is responsible for returning the order, paying for return shipping, and securing insurance for loss or damage to the product while in transit, or else the customer will be held liable if the products are lost during transit.

If an order is shipped directly by the manufacturer, it will be a non-cancellable and non-returnable order.

Non-Faulty Returns Conditions

If a customer wishes to return a product that doesn't have any flaws and the company agrees to accept it, the client must return it within 30 working days with the company's prior written approval. The item must, however, be new, unopened, with the manufacturer's seal intact, and in resalable condition. A 30% re-stocking fee will be applied on all non-faulty items sent back (terms may apply) unless the item supplied by Compu Devices, Inc. is incorrect. Incorrectly shipped items must be returned in their original condition, otherwise a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied.

Original Condition

Please remember that warranties, software, manuals, and accessories should all be kept in their original packaging and condition. To send it back, you might need to repackage it exactly how it was originally packaged.

What Do You Have To Do?

In case of defects in the material, please call 877-495-0925 and ask for RMA number and return address. If you do not follow the correct return method, Compu Devices, Inc. will not provide any warranty coverage.
