Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines

At Compu Devices, Inc. we dispatch products from our warehouses in the United States using UPS, FedEx, and USPS as our trusted logistics partners. We typically ship orders within a 24-hour window. Below is a breakdown of the delivery services we provide and their corresponding cut-off times:

  • Ground is Free - (Transit time of 3-7 business days, exclusively within the US). All orders should be placed before 2 pm Pacific Time. Depending on the location, we might use UPS or USPS to deliver Ground orders.
  • First Overnight - Delivery first thing the following business day morning to most places by 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., 9 a.m., or 9:30 a.m. to extended areas by 10 a.m., 11 a.m., or 2 p.m. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • Priority Overnight - Next-business-day delivery by 10:30am to most areas and by 12pm, 4:30pm or 5pm to some rural areas. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • Standard Overnight - Delivery the next business day by 3pm to most areas and by 4:30pm to some rural areas (by 8pm to residences). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • 2 Day - Second-business-day delivery by 4:30pm to most areas (by 8pm to residences). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • Express Saver - Third-business-day delivery by 4:30pm to most areas (by 8pm to residences). Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • Ground - 3-7 business days transit time. US ONLY. Cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • Saturday Delivery - (For orders placed on Friday, exclusively within the US). The cut-off time is 12 pm Pacific Time. Delivery might be done through UPS or FedEx Saturday Delivery services.
  • International Delivery - All international orders are dispatched via FedEx International Economy. The cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.
  • APO/FPO - All orders to APO/FPO addresses are dispatched using USPS Registered Mail.
  • Canada/Puerto Rico - All orders to Canada/PR are dispatched using FedEx International Economy. The cut-off time is 2 pm Pacific Time.

For orders requiring dispatch later than our stipulated cut-off times, kindly get in touch with our Sales Team. We'll make every effort to accommodate your requirements.

Delivery Delays

Please note we do not process or dispatch any orders during weekends or public holidays.

All orders necessitate processing time. Delivery guarantees apply to the transit times only and do not account for order processing times. While we aim to ship most orders on the same day, please be aware that we cannot guarantee this every time.

Precise delivery times for HI, AK, PR, Canada, and International locations cannot be assured.

Missing an item from your order?

Before concluding that an item is missing, ensure you have received all packages linked to each tracking number provided. If, after verifying all packages, an item is still missing, please contact Compu Devices, Inc.' Delivery Support Team.

When is the last time to place an order for same-day dispatch?

Orders placed before 2 pm Pacific Time are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next business day. If you require urgent delivery or delivery at a later date than usual, kindly contact the Compu Devices, Inc. Sales team to make special arrangements.
